For those of you who have been asking when the new edition of the EMTALA Field Guide will be coming out, we finally have an answer — This Fall.
Kris Giese and I started on revisions, updates, and additional materials for the 4th Edition this past week. If you still want the 3rd Edition, we will leave it up on Amazon until May 1, but we do not want folks to buy the book without knowing that a new edition will be coming out.
We will share status reports posts here periodically.
